Our check-in time is from 2:00pm. Early check-in cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability. Check-out time is 11am. Late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability and charges may subject to additional fees.

 

If you prefer to settle your account with cash, you will be required to pay the total cost of accommodation plus a security deposit to cover all incidentals at the time of check-in.

 

Please note that a valid photo ID will be required at check-in and a copy retained on file. 

 

Our price includes a shuttle service to and from the airport. A shuttle is available within a 10km radius, with 24 hour notice. An excess of $1.20 per km is chargeable for distances beyond 10km. Room charges are seasonal and are subject to change throughout the year. Normal rates will prevail outside of peak season.

 

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that the guest has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity.

 

Please check travel protocols and guidelines before travelling. DAKENI GAME FARM is committed to providing a safe and relaxing stay.

 

Only registered guests with valid identification will be issued a key or be allowed access into the Guest Lodge room by DAKENI GAME FARM management, if keys are misplaced or lost.

 

Guests should ensure that their Guest Lodge room door is properly secure at all times. DAKENI GAME FARM management cannot be held responsible for any personal items and valuables left in guest rooms. In Room Safes are provided and recommended for guest use.

 

Registered guests will be held responsible for any missing or damaged items in their room or any internal/external areas of the GAME FARM. This liability extends to both registered guests and their visitors.

 

Guests found in the act of or with evidence of smoking while on DAKENI GAME FARM premises will incur a USD 250 fine per occurrence, with the exception of smoking in designated smoking areas.

 

Guests are to make immediate payment of all charges incurred upon receipt of statement or on departure, any charges after departure will be sent to guest via email.

 

PAYMENT POLICY

 

50% deposit is required in order to secure a booking. Please note that full payment and security deposit is required before check in.

 

For Peak Season, all reservations payments are non-refundable.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Please notify us of any cancellation or modification of your booking at least 3 days (72 hours) before arrival in order to avoid a loss of the 50% deposit.
